Carleen was great to work with and we could not have closed our sale for what we got on the market without her. We ended running into a fairly complex boundary dispute and Carleen's experience allowed us to navigate this while with keeping our buyer in the boat. Not only that, but Carleen put us in touch with related professionals (interior, exterior trades, movers, stagers, etc) that helped us prep our home for sale before, during and even after the close!
