The best. We used Ty when we bought our Bainbridge home in 2004 & again when we sold it in 2013. No one knows the market better than Ty & no one knows how to market your home for sell better than Ty. She is an extremely good negotiator. For us she made both transaction very easy. We bought our home at a good price & sold it quickly 9 years later at a good fair price. We highly recommend Ty Evans & would use her again if we moved back to Bainbridge Island without hesitation.

I've lived on Bainbridge Island since 1986. In that time, ty has helped my buy three homes and sell three homes. I would never consider anyone else to represent me and my interests when it comes to home real estate. She gets to know you. She listens and then she goes. And man does she go. She's honest about what the house your selling is worth, and what you can do to increase the value. When you're buying, she'll fight tooth and nail for the best deal and again she'll be honest about your offer. No body knows Bainbridge like Ty.

Ty brought me a full price offer on my waterfront home and found the perfect place for me to resettle on Bainbridge. Her straightforward, no-nonsense approach gets the deal done fairly and equitably. She does not over-promise what she can do yet she consistently went above and beyond what was required to get one house sold and another house purchased. She even found me a short-term rental for the month I was in transition. Ty is clearly a pro, as her track record demonstrates. I have known Ty Evans for many years. I was always impressed with her confidence and knowledge. She lives, eats, breathes the residential real estate market on Bainbridge Island. When I finally decided to sell my home last year, she was the only person I called. She met with us initially to give us a market analysis of our house and what our selling range would probably be. Several months later we were ready to list it. Ty coordinated every aspect of our listing beautifully. We got a full offer within a very short time after the brokers' open house. During the offer and acceptance phase, she negotiated us through difficult waters, and saved us money in the long run by using her knowledge,which is built on bedrock, not smoke and mirrors.
